Hi there!

My name is Justin Lui and I am a current national team athlete, competing with the Canadian Men's National Indoor Volleyball team and playing professionally in Finland.

I started volleyball when I was 12 years old and immediately fell in love the sport. It was all I ever wanted to do. Throughout my club volleyball career, I played with Durham Attack Volleyball Club, before going to continue to my education and my volleyball career at Stanford University, graduating in the spring of 2023. Now, for the past two years, I have been competing with the Canadian Men's National Indoor Volleyball team, for which we recently qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Alongside my immense love for volleyball, I would also consider myself a life-learner. Although in university I pursued two degrees in engineering, I am also deeply interested in the human condition, often reading countless books on psychology, sociology, and philosophy to satisfy my curiosities. Lastly, I hope to one day travel and live around the world, exploring the different cultures and ways of living from across the globe.
